Take-a-way meals, Groceries Cardigan St Tullamore 2874 Owned by Mrs Munro and assisted by her daughter Heather Alvey in the take-away kitchen, supplies meat and a small amount of groceries, fruit and vegetables as well as the school lunches – Phone 6892 5236. Kitchen does not operate on Saturday and the store is closed on Sunday. Prescriptions can be sent through Mrs Munro to Dunford’s Pharmacy in Parkes. (02) 6892 5236 |
Stanbrook's Store |
General Store, LPO, ANZ Agency Cardigan St Tullamore 2874 Owner operators Paul & Sandy Stanbrook are assisted by Sandy’s mother, Judy Harrod. The Post office and ANZ Bank Agency are also part of their business. The Store is open the normal hours Monday to Friday with shorter hours over the week-end. The Bank Agency and Post Office work to the normal hours for these institutions. Items can be sent out with the mailman. Mail can be placed in your mail box and the mailman will collect and deliver to the Post Office when he returns to town. (02) 6892 5192 |

Tullamore Central School |
School Hinkler St
Tullamore Central School is a New South Wales government school with approximately 100 students ranging from Kindergarten to year 12. The school was established in 1890 and was opened as "Warge Rock House" on 16th January of that year. The original single building school has grown to include two primary classroom blocks, a brick infants section, a staff room, demountable technology and design rooms, an administration building, secondary English room, science lab/computer lab/office/classroom complex, library, and senior classrooms. Office Staff are Helen and Heather. Phone 6892 5005. The P&C President is Cindy Larkings (6893 7320); Secretary Diane Darcy (6892 5186); Treasurer Carol Bolam (6892 7227). The school does not run a canteen as such but children may order their lunch from Munro’s Store. The orders are collected daily from the school and returned to the school. The school has a large sports oval, watered by its own dam, basketball and netball courts, cricket nets and a newly established agricultural plot.
